Contract Staffing Solutions

TMA guarantees contract employees for one week. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the contactors we place with you after one week of employment, we will waive those charges and replace the contractor at no additional cost.

Permanent Staffing Solutions

TMA guarantees all permanent placements for 90 days. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your hire before the 91st day of employment, we will replace the employee at no charge. If the fee is not paid within 10 days of invoicing, the guarantee is null and void.
