Karl has a tenured career in the staff augmentation and professional services industry.  He has held various sales and management positions within the industry since 1994.  Karl has significant experience working directly with Fortune 500 organizations as well as emerging companies in the tri-state area.  He personally ensures that TMA provides the best talent as well as maintains first-class customer service. 

Prior to starting TMA, Karl was Director of Sales and Operations for a regional IT staffing firm.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.  He is a long time resident of the Philadelphia area and lives in Newtown, PA with his wife and three children.
